jacOur Heart Health Classes are tailored to post Weight Loss Surgery patients.
Equipment: Chair/band and bodyweight
- Be educated on the importance of Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Cardiovascular health
- Strategies to do cumulative and incidental exercises
- Activities that are fun and have Cardiovascular benefits (e.g. dancing, walking, cycling)
- Be educated on the Rate of Perceived Exertion scale
- Ensure you are working at the right intensity for the current fitness level
