Return Conditions

Returns can be accepted on non-sale items, within 30 days of purchase

BN Branded products

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all BN branded products - that is, products created for or manufactured by BN Healthy - i.e. BN Chews, BN Caps, BN Fibre, BN Cal etc. 

Non-BN branded products

We cannot provide the above guarantee for non BN products, as we did not create or manufacture them. Non BN products are only eligible for a return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original saleable condition.

Shapewear

Shapewear must be returned in new, unworn condition, with the original packaging and tags attached. Items must be free of damages and scents. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.

Faults

We pride ourselves on hand checking every item and thoroughly inspecting all goods before they are shipped to you. If you find any issues or faults with your items, please email us at support@bnhealthy.com with an image of your item so we can manage faults with our manufacturer and work out the best way to resolve the problem.

Return instructions

Returns can be made in person at our Brisbane head office, or by mail. Please complete the return form below, and print if off and include it with your return. If this is not possible, please include a note with your return - specifying your order number, name, and whether or not you would like a refund or exchange. Note that any price differences must be paid for exchanged items.

Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping costs for the order and return will not be refunded.
