Ingredients
½ | cup plain rolled oats (not quick oats) |
¼ | cup Greek yoghurt |
¼ | cup non-dairy milk of choice (or coconut water/plain water) |
½ | cup finely chopped or grated apples |
1 | tsp ground cinnamon |
1 | tsp chia seeds |
1-2 | tsp organic honey (if desired) |
Method

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl

Combine wet and dry

Then dispense into small serving sized jars (Ezy - Snax is perfect for this_ then you have 5 breaky's good to go

Just store them in the fridge

Add berries or nuts if you wish

You can also add 50g collagen powde. to the whole mix for a boost of protein.
