We recommend you select garments in your regular underwear size. However, keep in mind Shapewear is designed to be tight and firm fitting; if not, it won't achieve the maximum effect.
Shapewear can be a bit tricky to put on, but if you step into all styles, you will find it a lot easier rather than going over your shoulders. As you step in, gently pull the garment up over your waist.
Be careful not to use your fingernails, as it will help flatten and smooth bumps or lumps on the way, leaving you with a fantastic silhouette.

These are stunning but sadly too small. I bought a different style from here before and was miles too big and these are miles too small! Not winning ! I don’t know what to do now as it’s a lot of money

These stockings/socks are a great length, don't cut off the circulation at the top and have no wrinkles at the bottom... think enough to cope with summer, I think.
